How to create a shortcut to device properties on Windows operating system
|
DevManView is a freeware tool that displays the list of devices on your system and also allows you to create a shortcut to a device on your desktop.
Clicking the device shortcut opens the device properties window.
In order to create a shortcut to a device, follow the instructions below:
- Download and run DevManView
- In the main window of DevManView - Find the device that you want to create the shortcut.
- Right-click on the desired device, and choose 'Create Device Properties Shortcut On Desktop'
- Click the 'Yes' button for the question if you want to create the device shortcut.
- Now you should see the device shortcut on your desktop:
