Description
This small utility simply allows you to easily disable/enable the 'Windows Messenger' application under Windows XP.
It provides the following 3 modes:
Disable Windows Messenger Completely
|
If you select this option, Windows Messenger is disabled completely, and you won't be able to use it in any way.

Enable Windows Messenger Without Interfering With Outlook Express
|
If you select this mode, Windows Messenger is enabled, but it won't be loaded in the background when you use Outlook Express.

Enable Windows Messenger Completely
|
If you select this mode, Windows Messenger is completely enabled. (This is the default mode in Windows XP)

You can switch between the above 3 modes simply by clicking the desired button.

This utility is released as freeware.
You are allowed to freely distribute this utility via floppy disk, CD-ROM,
Internet, or in any other way, as long as you don't charge anything for this.
If you distribute this utility, you must include all files in
the distribution package, without any modification !
